  • Jolyn is still really talented, but the service has slipped so badly since I started visiting J Nails two years ago that I felt it necessary to update this review. All of my girlfriends started going here on the recommendation of our friend, but a few weeks ago her white nails turned a disgusting green color shortly after leaving the salon because of some expired polish. Jolyn told her she couldn't get her back in to fix them for two weeks, then refused a refund, then told her not to come back. This, after years of referring at least a half dozen regular clients and visiting consistently herself. Half the photos on their IG are us or our friends. But we shouldn't have been surprised, because Joy and Jolyn have been increasingly rude to all of us for months. Fortunately, we can all go somewhere else.
