  • I cannot say enough good things about this company and Todd, the service technician. Having damaged my garage door the night before, I called Lift Tech the next morning. Todd answered, was able to come out that day, gave an arrival hour of only 1 hour, arrived promptly at the top of that hour after calling to let me know he was on his way, gave me a fair, honest, accurate assessment of the damage, offered a very reasonable repair price, quickly did the work, reviewed with me what he did, guaranteed it for a year, and that was that. WOW!!!! I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them for others. Todd was very pleasant and very professional.
