We parked at Nordstrom on a Friday night to pick up some odds and ends and an iPhone. We were in the Apple store so long, by the time we got back, Nordstrom was closed. The security guard told us to go to the left door to get to our car. A little surprised, I asked him if there was another door he was referring to, since he is sending people out (at dark) to walk to their cars. I know anchor stores usually let you pass to get to the parking lot. He looked at me like I was stupid, and he questioned my ability to differentiate right and left. I asked a simple question, and he treated me horribly. I wanted to write a review sooner, I just have not had the time. I would advise your security guard to think before passing judgement on others. I would also like for you to consider a more apparent escort option if you are not going to allow customers to walk to their cars after the store closes.
