The apartments aren't terrible just not great. I used to work here- the management team for the property is what's extremely awful. The rental rates for these apartments are also laughable compared to what is out there and in better condition. People, do your research and look around before committing yourself into a lease with a property that is 30 years old with obvious wear and tear and shitty management. The maintenance team just put band aids over the issues, not fix them. I would say that since I started working at an A property and can now identify the differences, Runaway Bay is and will always be a C- to D property.
Take it from someone who worked that property- DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Bless the new people that work in the office, you will need all the help and patience you can get working with an incompetent manager.
