  • It was a day to wander around the Roncy area and get acquainted with this well loved neighborhood. We were about to wander past this place when I thought, `why not take a peek?` To my surprise, not only did I manage to acquire some leather necklace rope but some incredible advice that I cannot wait to use. The woman working, she told me her name but there is no way I am going to guess how to spell it, drew me a new technique for a necklace closure. Knowledgeable and friendly I discovered so much more than I bargained for. Thank you. This place also offers classes! I could see the work tables and I wondered if that was available. I think it would be worthwhile considering what I learnt in just a few minutes. A large selection of glass and crystal beads but a lack of more, say, vintage or unusual pieces. I was on the hunt for things harder to find like telescopes, microscopes, old coins etc....... I would have loved to have seen more variety in the leather ropes but this may not the genre for this shop. I haven't checked out other places on the queen west strip but if you are in this area stop by and see if there is anything that strikes your fancy. Advice is fantastic.
