  • The blonde receptionist was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Not only was she not flexible at all but she give me so much attitude in a "take it or leave it way" when trying to book a 2nd appointment to finish the scaling (she wanted to book me 3 weeks later to COMPLETE a scaling that was started, which is ridiculous) . Even though Dr. Plaitis was very pleasant and knowledgeable I'm not coming back. I've never left a dental office so angry.
