  • Still waiting to hear back. I've reached out 3-4 more times still no word. I can't imagine running a business this way. Corporate called and emailed me but was no help. Anyone else having this problem. Strongly advise you review your credits. They sent me my entire history and it is clear the number of prepaids I have bought verses how many I used.
