  • It is rare when you meet someone who loves what they do. Chef Binkley is one out those folks. I would say that the meal was an experience. All dishes were unique and some courses as you would expect in a mutli course 4 hour meal were better than others. Some might say some things were gimmicky but I would argue that the presentation is exactly an expression of Chef Binkley's vision and is unapologetic in the best way. Make sure you go with people you can have a conversation with and who love food!
