In search of breakfast close to Fremont, Tacos Huevos came up. Mexican breakfast? Done. Stopped in and was immediately warmly welcomed by I presume the owner. I was kind of confused by the menu, but I just let him build me a breakfast bowl that involved smoked pork, breakfast potatoes, pico de gallo, green Peruvian hot sauce and a glorious amount of freshly melted cheese. A runny egg on top to boot! Hallelujah.
Loved.every.bite. This place is kind of like qdoba but better, plus they have a swanky dining area. The only suggestion I have is that the menu is hard to understand and I'm not sure why, and it could probably be less confusing. It was a lot to take in and I stood dumbfounded for a few minutes. The owner's suggestions helped make my decision easier.
