  • Always have a positive experience any time myself or a family member has to come here, however most recently my father had a surgical procedure and while visiting him in recovery, both RN's (not to sure of their names) were pretty rude. The one who was assisting my father while he was laying there had an attitude anytime we had a question/comment. The other who was not even assisting my father was on her phone texting while her patient was laying there. Normally I'd bring something like this up while it's happening, however we live in a world today where people tend to retaliate and I did not want to open the door up. Overall I think this hospital is one of the best hospitals in the valley, they really take the time to answer your questions and if for whatever reason they don't have an answer they are more willing to help direct you towards the answer or find someone who can answer it for you!
