  • They have great drinks..... yeah that's why they get 2 stars.... customer service sucks! the girl that took our order was just rude, no smile, no hello, no thank you, I ordered a grande Java chip frap w/ espresso shot = she read back "grande frap w shot" I said "java chip" she said "I know" wth why didn't you read it that way (no I didn't say that but I should have). She swiped my card, handed it to me and walked off, I waited - she starts stocking pastries looks back at me and says "your good" the girl isn't wearing a name tag and I'm tempted to take her picture but I won't there's too many starbucks nearby to return here....bye bye
