  • I think this location needs a remedial customer service class. The place is close to me and convenient but I will likely travel a little farther. The services expected at A UPS store should be easy to accomplish. I would think that the employees would be pleasant to customers. This was not my experience today, and that's too bad. Other UPS stores are better to their customers. I was not pleased with the service today. Probably will not return unless I have a shipping emergency.
