  • We stayed 4 nights during the jazz festival in late June into the beginning of July. After booking on Priceline I was concerned about negative reviews on Yelp mostly concerning noise. We needn't have been concerned. We asked for, and were given a 5th floor room overlooking Clark street and experienced absolutely no disturbances either from the lounge or from other guests. Our room was spacious and very tastefully decorated. We loved the roomy shower and comfortable robes. The common areas were full of striking touches and the staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping was timely and efficient. Since we are frequent visitors to Montreal, we already knew that the location would be ideal for us. We were located in easy walking distance from our favorite restaurant, L'Express, on the Plateau as well as from the jazz festival which has been our travel destination for the last 20 years or so.
