  • This is by far THE WORST experience I've ever had with any doctors office. I went to Dr. Nguyen and after waiting over an hour she came into the office. She seemed ok and prescribed me a BC pill and said if I didn't like it to call him and she would prescribe be a different one. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I call in on a Monday for a new prescription. I don't get a response. After calling and leaving messages for 4 days, someone finally calls me and says they will send in the prescription right away. I told them I was due to start my pack that day and was leaving town the next day. They never called in the prescription. Called again on day five , and they said they forgot to fax it into the pharmacy. Mind you DR. Nguyen never even wrote the prescription. They had to find another doctor in the office to do it. This is unreal. I will never go back to this office again and I suggest you don't either..
