  • Once a week, I work close to this Starbucks. My order is typically correct, however they consistently had me a cup with sloppy caramel or coffee running down the side of it. Then they look at me as if I'm rude if I ask for it to be cleaned up or for the cup to be replaced. It's not necessarily bad service, just inattentive service. And it's hardly as if it's inexpensive
