  • Buying a home in Las Vegas can be a complete headache. After failing to find a good deal my husband and I searched for a realtor through yelp and the one that stood out to us most was Shane Nguyen. We called 1st priority realty and spoke with Shane. His approach to the situation was very precise, accurate and calm. He sent us good recommendations and side notes, along with a walk through of the best picks. Needless to say, we fell in love with the forth house he showed us! He made it look easy, but I know it's not. The best part is, Shane made it so that we didn't have to walk around in the hot sun unless the house is totally worthy. He even contacted lenders who answered our questions regarding the affordable pricing. He worked with our budget and showed us exactly what we had asked for after under a month, from the location in Summerlin to the layout and the square footage of the house. His professional service and team is truly amazing; they have the best resources to do their job right. 1st priority doesn't back down 'till you're satisfied.
