rev:text	Next time just own up to your stuff as you just wanted to make money and not wait and focus on your client. You messed up! It was just left on too long... It should never burn or turn the skin white...... I have been coming here for 5 years at least once a month to get the gel nail polish done. Just two weeks ago I had the silver dipped glitter taken off and new black glitter dipped gel put on. But today as I went in to get the black glitter taken off it became a disaster! The nail technician was sanding down to my nail instid of just scratching up the top and then wrapping my nails for 5 min. When I pointed this out to her and said I want them wrapped and only lightly scratched as I don't want my nails damaged or thinned she became a little flustered and said it wouldn't damage them. But finally she did partially as I asked. She did not stractch up the top of the other 8 fingers but did wrap them. Then she left me there for what I thought was going to be 5 min but when my fingers started to burn (about 15 min in) and she hadn't came back I looked around for her and she was doing someone else's nails....... (Not cool at all). After a couple more minutes I had to take the wraps off as it was too much when I did I saw that the skin was turing white. Now I am upset. Finally I got the attention of another staff member who went and got my girl. Who just made lame excuses for leaving me that it takes longer with gel dipped glitter but I know for a fact this is not true as I had just gotten some taken off two weeks ago with no problem at this very place and not how she wanted to do it. Then she had to have what I assume is the manager come over and tell me it takes longer too. Then she basically talked to another staff about it not in English very rude. Due to this I have decided I am not going back. Normally I would give you a second chance but lack of remorse and not apologizing when you messed up is a big deal.
