  • I have been practicing Bikram for 10 years now, and this is by far my favorite studio. I recently relocated to Scottsdale and needed to find my new studio. At my first class, I was so warmly welcomed by Sandy and the rest of the instructors. I really felt like they were genuinely happy I was there. Having practiced for so many years, it has become a very personal experience and one that I value greatly. The studio itself is lovely, clean, and has all of the essentials. The Yoga Room is very large, and there are stripes on the carpet which is a nice added touch for keeping heels and hips in line. In my opinion, this studio has the best control over the heat/humidity situation- I always get that great Bikram sweat. Can't recommend this studio enough, so glad to have found my new Bikram home!
