  • Not every realtor will convince his friends to move so that you can buy their house but Daniel is not just any realtor. I bought my first home 3 years ago and Daniel helped me each step of the way. Not only did he perfectly craft a list of homes that met my basic house-hunt criteria (ie: desired school district, 4 bedrooms, high ceilings, one story), but he also listened to what I wanted in a home that couldn't just be checked off on an MLS listing (ie: open floor plan, well designed room layout, tasteful paint/cabinetry/light fixtures/, a well designed master bathroom, good neighborhood). After showing me a handful of houses to better identify what I liked and didn't like, he took it upon himself to find my perfect house - that happened to be occupied by his friends. And even though they hadn't put their house on the market yet, Daniel motivated the homeowners to relocate sooner than they planned so that I could get into my dream home for the holidays. Now, I'm not saying he'll convince another one of his friends to sell their beautiful homes to you, but I am positive that he will go above and beyond to make sure your house, like mine, is a dream come true.
