This location has room for some process improvement. I stop here about twice a week and no problems with drive through service. Walk in service is another story...no exaggeration 1 of every 3 orders partially or entirely dropped. Today it wasn't only me. I saw two ladies there before me waiting patiently until finally they spoke up, the food portions of their orders forgotten in both cases. That's happened to me twice there. Seems the person taking orders also has to warm the food, serve the simple coffee orders and other duties. I think that person gets overwhelmed and lost. The assembly line needs some adjustment. I'll keep going here because it's along my commute, employees are nice and I like their fare, but please step up the walk in game.
