I have never felt more uncomfortable in a retail space in my entire life. I came to the store to upgrade my phone and instead left with no phone and a feeling of confusion. Confused as to why an employee would be so standoffish and disrespectful towards someone who is about to throw money at them every month. Heath not only seemed annoyed with the handful of basic questions I was asking him but even worse he had no idea what promotions he had going on in the store. He couldn't have been any less helpful. Not to mention when leaving the store everyone seemed too occupied with their conversations amongst coworkers to even acknowledge our departure. Not to mention the employee to customer ratio was a solid 4:1. I ended up getting my upgrade through the Verizon Customer Service Call Center. Not only was there no sound of annoyance from their end of the line but they even went out of their way to take care of me as a customer. I will drive the extra 10 miles West or East to make sure I never have to feel like I am being belittled when simply seeking out information relating to something I pay for with Verizon. Thanks Heath and company for reminding me why I shop online.
