TERRIBLE! This place is the diploma mill of nail salons. My two girlfriends and I made appointments for the following day. When we arrived we were rushed to our respective seats (not together) and rudely instructed to stay in our seats.
I was getting a manicure. The "older" woman assisting me was rushing and aggressively pulling at my cuticle, so I let her know it hurt. By the third time she'd pierced my skin and pulled away at it, she blamed me and said, "your skin is too dry." I've had enough manicures in my life to know this was a crap excuse for her poor service and technique. She didn't get through removing cuticle on four fingers before I told her we were done. She then proceeded to pull my hand and say she wasn't finished but now would "go slow and be gentle." My point to her was, she should have STARTED our appointment that way.
I don't know if every tech here is good or bad. I CAN say, as a first time customer, my experience was terrible. The service was terrible, the process was terrible, and the environment was anything but inviting.
I say for the price you pay at 7 Day Spa & Nails, you can get far better service using a superior product with an outstanding customer experience for the same money. Consider taking your money elsewhere for MUCH better service.
