  • We stayed here Thursday to Sunday this past weekend. I was pleasantly surprised how our stay was. We stayed in room 3917 the view was okay nothing spectacular but not bad either. The lobby was big and best part it didn't smell like smoke like most casinos. However it did have a very fragrant smell and sometimes it was a little overwhelming. But I loves that the lobby was chill it wasn't as busy as most typical hotel casinos. The room let's talk about the room!!! Room was phenomenal. I literally felt like I was at home. The space was perfect! Once you walk in you have your kitchen area with fridge, you have a dining area to ear at, keep walking in and you have your seating area sofa bed. Next is the bedroom with quite a large bed and a Jacuzzi tub, full length Mirror, bathroom with shower, toilet and a washer/dryer all in one. The room also had 2 projector screens one in the bedroom and one in the living room area, you can also have the shades go up and down. The kitchen area had all the utensils, plates, cups that you need. It was perfect because I brought some food from home for my son and he loved eating his bagels in the morning. The toaster was kinda weak didn't toast a lot even though it was on the last setting but that's okay. The Jacuzzi tub was absolute perfection. I went to Lush in Miracle mile and picked up some bath bombs so I can have some relaxing time to myself. The room was perfect. The shower also had good water pressure and was very clean. The hotel has security before entering the room, you must scan your room key before entering the elevators. The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby, a lounge, and a little shop for drinks, snacks and other things. The hotel is also connected to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile shops. This was super convenient to pass time and just walk around an shop. All in all we had a wonderful stay, the front desk staff was pleasant and Margie in the Concierge was an absolute sweetheart. Justin S. in the Vacation Timeshare area was professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with! The pool was a lot of fun and not too deep. Housekeeping was a little slow when asking for extra towels. All in all we had a great time and we will be here again real soon! Would recommend!
