| - Let's face it, no one wants to have to deal with a collection agency. Unfortunately, I did because of a copay mistake by my insurance that left an $80 balance which was overlooked.
When I saw that my credit report was reporting a new account, I found out about the $80 mistake. I talked with Tina at Quantum, and she let me know exactly what the account pertained to. She was very helpful, and I'm not sure if it was my quick attention to the matter, or something else, but she agreed to provide me with a deletion letter for the credit bureaus if I came down and paid it in a timely manner.
I was down there a few days later. The girl at the front counter, who's name I didn't get, was very friendly. She waved and smiled at my little boy. I told her my situation, and she called Tina out to answer more questions about my account. (I wanted to get the original account number so I could make sure my insurance pays me back for their mistake)
Do I ever want to have to deal with Quantum again? No!! But that's not because of the staff, they were all very helpful and professional.
