  • Well - this is finally it, my very first bad review. So we stopped in for dinner and it was about 5:30. The hostess was great and made us feel very special, ask if it was our first time there and/or if it was a special occasion. Once we sat down nothing from anyone. We waited 15 minutes before just getting up and leaving. I asked to talk to a manager right before leaving and had to wait a couple of minutes for them to pull her from a meeting (looked like about 8-12 people in a room having a meeting) not sure why at 5:45 (dinner rush they were having a meeting. The manage apologized and offered to treat us to dinner, I choose not to accept as my time is worth more than a free meal. I was so upset that because this my buddy from the mid west comes to town often and raves about how good there food is (I was originally from Seattle - looking for good seafood in AZ). So with that being said - horrible experience (actually the worst experience I have had so far in Phoenix)
