Run from here...fast! I did not end up living here, but experienced a huge nightmare while trying to live here. I was supposed to move in this April. I disclosed some medical information and made a request. I filled out all the paperwork and was told by office staff it should be no problem. Waited and waited. Then on the day before I was to move in, checked out my apartment. It smelled horrific. No one seemed to know why...later come to find out it was refinish of bathtub. In the meantime, I spent close to $200 bringing in people last minute to clean the place again, hoping the smell was some product on the floor or walls. NOPE!
I had to back out of the apartment, leaving me w/o a place to live. The nightmare continued as I tried to work with the worst human being I've ever met, Sylvia, the manager. I signed up for another upcoming available apartment. The paperwork I submitted for my personal request was not what their legal people got. She twisted the request around to something she knew would be denied. Hello illegal actions. They she lied about it, over and over. Then refused to resubmit the ACTUAL request (got it in writing). Then she promised me a refund that never came. I must have emailed and called 2 dozen times over months trying to obtain this 'promised refund' and nothing. Just ignored. Called corporate - no help. Did BBB complaint and Greystar ignored. Greystar is the WORST property management company ever. Check out their rating. Pretty bad.
Also got the rudest treatment from the little youngsters in the front office who roll their eyes and are downright rude within earshot. Don't ever live here unless you like dealing with evil people.
