| - Like so many others before me, I had a horrific experience with this Dealership. The salesperson (Marika) was amazing. We came in and stated we were NOT going to buy a car today, only test driving. Not only did she listen to what we wanted, she provided excellent customer service and actually got us to look at an upgraded model, which we fell in love with and would have left with that day if not for the "closer"/finance employee, Mike. He came out with the print out for the car with the cost and mo. payment info, which we said was too high. He proceeded to take discounts from $2,500 to $5000 to $10,000 and asked would we consider? We walked outside to talk about it and, very excitedly said, YES let's buy it! Upon returning to the sales desk, Mike came out with a NEW print out without all of his writing on it. The price was back up to the original sticker price. We asked what about the discount? His very condescending response was, "I can't do that!" When we asked why he would say something that he can not do, he stated that he was just trying to see what it would take for us to commit! I said, "Well, I'm committed!" He looked at us as if we were mentally challenged and reinstated that he could not do it. That was 3 hours of my life I cannot get back! We were livid and left the dealership without a car but with a very sad sales experience that we will be sharing with anyone willing to listen. Do NOT offer your customer something you cannot uphold! Leaves a very bad taste in their mouth!! I WILL have my new car, but not from Larry Miller Hyundai!
