I went in to apply for these apartments September 30, 2016. I had previously came in to view the apartments and decided that this was the place. Well yesterday I had to deal with Donna who was not professional, had an attitude, and was just flat out rude! I had second thoughts about submitting the application because of how horrible her customer service was but I had a great rapport with Miguel the other Leasing Agent and went against my gut. Today, October 1st I get a call from Miguel asking me if I could bring in my pay stubs to which I explained that Donna told me to send them via email since I hadn't had them with me. He then calls me back an hour later asking when I wanted to move in I told him still November and I was then told that I couldn't hold an apartment longer than 2 weeks for this property. So I told him Donna hadn't explained that to me or I never would've submitted my application this early. I had already given my deposit for $200 yesterday. Now they are giving me the run around to get the money back and it has turned into a complete nightmare!! On top of that they initially told me I was denied when in fact I got approved. Then they said they had deposited the money order but when I threatened to call corporate the manager said she could give it to me tomorrow! It's a complete and utter nightmare I am waiting to get my money back. I don't recommend this complex to anyone. Too many red flags with their staff to say the least!
