  • I can't stress this enough. The property management co AMC has an F with the BBB. Yes an F. The community was great when Camden owned it. The past year and a half has been horrible. 1-2 robberies every other week. An email was sent out after 1 of the robbers was caught and there were 2 more robberies 9 days later. They won't even fix the building lights. Half of them are out. They have said they've been working on it for months. One thing I will say is maintenance is super nice. Too bad most of the office staff isn't.
