  • Lombardinos is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Don't be thrown by the piratesque decore, the food is outstanding. I was last there on New Years Eve, and the caprese salad was unbelievable. I had to keep my dinner companion at bay with a fork to save some for myself. Everytime that I have been, the service has been outstanding. Don't waste your time on the pizzas. They are good, but the rest of the menu is filled with beautifully mixed flavors. I tend to steer clear of the cream-based dishes. They are fine, but the other dishes have much more flavor to them.
