I've been to at least 12 chiropractors over the last 25 years for various reasons. Of that group, some were very good, some sucked. Rated on results, Dr. Hightower is the best.
I've had recurring plantar fasciitis for the last 2 years. It's changed my lifestyle. I couldn't run, couldn't jump rope, couldn't do anything that put repetitive stress on my left instep. Every time that I tried, I'd be walking down the stairs backwards within 3 days. I've been to at least 6 different people to treat it including M.D.s, ART practitioners, massage therapists and a Rolfer. I've taken up to 6 months w/o any aerobic exercise just to see if that would help; it didn't. Dr. Hightower has me jogging again... pain-free.
I had no idea that I'd be seeing a chiropractor for PF... but there you go. I actually went in for a neck adjustment that I attributed to stress. Sometimes you just get lucky...
