  • SEE LAST UPDATE BELOW. Love my truck, but NOT the service from Towbin Dodge. Recently bought a 2014 Ram truck from Towbin Dodge. Cuba(Paucide) was the salesman. Didnt get any kind of a great deal though..would say average if not poor. The dealership made out the most. Traded in my Subaru for 2500...they sold it for 9000. Good for them. My chief complaint is the customer service after I bought the truck. Day after I bought the truck, I noticed a chip in the windshield. Also, my drivers side mirror(plastic casing) was busted up and broken. I was excited to buy the truck, and didnt notice the day I bought it. My fault. I only drove to my home in Henderson after I bought the truck. I called Cuba the next day, sent him pics. He said he would get back to me concerning what can be done on their side. Never heard another peep from him. I also told Tony(Antonio...internet manager) and sent him pictures. He said he would see what he could do, and he would call me. Never heard a peep from him. I went down there and saw Tony and asked why I had not heard back. I got just a bunch of lame excuses and lies for an answer. He directed me to another manager who unfortunately I cant remember his name. He said he would get back to me and see what he could do. Never heard a peep from him, after he assured me he would call me back with the news that evening. I stressed all I wanted was consideration and a call back. Was a waste of time. Overall this caused me alot of frustration, not receiving assistance after I hand over the cash. I spent numerous hours driving back and forth and waiting at the dealership to get some answers, and hopefully get them to fix/replace the windshield and mirror that I was not responsible for, and I believe they were.. And I NEVER got the answers or any kind of service after the fact. The customer service is what ruined the experience the most for me. As far as Im concerned...the three guys I mentioned above lied to me. Doing what they got to do to get an extra penny. Understand that, but not at the cost of the customer. And all I asked for was a phone call. I'm not gonna let these guys ruin my experience. Just gotta learn from it. I should have looked the truck over more carefully before I bought. But...thats not an excuse for the salesmens poor customer service afterwards. Frankly...there was no customer service afterwards....at all. I can care less if the salesmen are busy or not...if I hand over 17 Grand, I expect customer service to be top notch, and continue after I buy the truck. Phone call takes only two minutes. I obviously wasnt a priority to them. I didnt receive either from these salesmen or company. Gonna spread this word as much as possible to inform people to avoid these salesmen and company. If you want a Dodge, after my experience I would suggest another Vegas Dodge dealer other than the valley automall. Update 12/4/2017: Following the morning after above post...As seen below, I got a message from Jarel saying a private message was sent. No...received no message other than what he wrote below. I responded to the message and I am sent another message with a phone number to call. I call the number and get an answering machine. ONE minute after the employee sends me his message. Call numerous times...no answer. Just called again and left a message with my number for them(not that they dont already have it). I doubt I will be hearing anything back. Their responses are a marketing strategy to show people that they care about their service. What a joke. I lost my faith in Towbin Dodge after failing to receive phone calls about my issue, from THREE Towbin Dodge employees already! Update 12/7/2017 I was contacted by Chris(Christy...Customer care Dept.) and I told her the situation. She made me an appointment immediately to bring my truck in so they could repair the chip in the windshield as it was a safety issue. She told me they would look at the drivers mirror and make a decision once they seen it. I brought my truck down to the service department and I saw Greg(Service/Writer Dept). Greg and I did some paperwork, he handed me some keys to a loaner vehicle, and I was on my way. In and out in 10 minutes. The following day, Greg called me and told me my truck was ready to pick up. I went to get my truck, and not only was the chip fixed on the front windshield, they also replaced the drivers mirror with a factory replacement. I did not expect this. As I stated above, I should have looked the truck over before I left the lot when I bought the truck that day. They didnt have to do this for me. At the end of the day, they took my word for it and believed me. While I was getting my truck, Chris approached me and introduced herself. We had a long nice talk and she really showed concern and care. Made me feel important. She gave me a small gift and said to call her if anymore concerns. Greg and Chris's kindness overwhelmed me and really made my day. Thanks so much guys for what you did for me.
