I lived at the lodge at mallard creek for nearly two years. See below:
- Car break-ins. Lots of em'.
- Stolen property from in front of apartment.
- Suspicious persons on property.
- Multiple accounts of my personal cars damaged.
- Gunshots coming from parking lot.
- Loitering and drug use in parking lot. Non-residents.
- Residents loitering in front of entrance. Blocking entry for vehicles.
- Office stopped accepting packages for residents (Breach of contact)
o They told me they only accept USPS now. Next day the
mailboxes entire front was left unlocked. They exposed the
mail of 50+ residents.
- Enforced "same day towing" rule for "guests" (Breach of contact)
- Installed "efficient" water fixtures. Fixtures reduce water flow to
showers. Sinks are mess. Splash water all over. (Residents pay
water bills, tax break for them)
- Dumpster is overflowed. Can't dispose of waste properly.
- Pool is closed and not well maintained
- Non-responsive management. They refuse to respond the requests.
The only positive thing I can say comes from the service team. They are a stand up group of guys. They work hard and have always been speedy to service my apt. Good group of guys. Props to them.
The issue here is the Pinnacle Properties management team. Mario (Property Manager) is an ex-cop who thinks his experience somehow would transfer over to how to run a community. In fact, he did the opposite. He stands on a pedestal and ignores the real issues, while trying to butter up the complex with free donuts once every couple months. (I can't make this shit up).
Mario also took the liberty to submit a review to Google, just weeks after him being appointed manager. Don't believe his remarks. Check out the other reviews saying the same things I am. It was a lazy attempt to boost the google review score.
They have repeatedly ignored my safety concerns. They have proved gross negligence for the issues in this complex, quoting lease contract language to justify their actions, and negating them from liability. If your primary concern isn't to keep your community safe, rather than being a cash cow, you're doing it wrong.
I have pictures and documents to back all this up. Mario didn't care much when I showed him when I gave my 60 day notice.
Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.
