I came in for some help regarding my loyalty member account. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, there was a sign that said that the customer service desk did not open until 10 AM. When I approached a team member about it, they were willing to help me out a little earlier than planned. It was super helpful for me, considering the only way I could get the help was in-person (I had tried to call the day before and they said I had to be in-person to get the specific information I was requesting). I was helped by Judy who was friendly, patient, and willing to help me find a solution.
The store is very clean and easy to navigate. I just find them to be a little more on the expensive side.
