  • What a cool idea! Gone are the days of the regular degular smegular grill cheese - Papi Queso introduces up cycled selections of a household staple. The menu offers a carefully crafted selection of different sandwiches, all of which resemble the classic grill cheese. I got the "pig Mac" which had BBQ pork shoulder, Mac and cheese, and bourbon onions. I added bacon to mine and enjoyed a Mexican coke. The portion size was great and the service was awesome as well. I was impressed by the flavors and the innovation. Can't wait until next time!
