  • Posh always has something for whatever event or circumstances. Travelling to the Middle East...they had full length beautiful linens n cottons to layer, even scarves and cool purses to travel with. They have scarves that you can hide your cards no passport in and they can't get scanned while travelling!! So cool and nice designs. My girlfriend wore a simple white dress with freshwater pearls and a handmade head fascinator (not the cheap-fall apart kind) and got married in her backyard in head to toe posh clothes (I think they even lent her the shoes from their "try it on" collection!! Lol. Also got my boyfriend a "wallet" there for all his cards. He had his identity stolen and is super paranoid and Posh has these computer-y hard wallets the size of a card that fits all your debuts and visas and keeps them safe from those scanner scams. Also looks cool & they have fashion ones too. I'm still in love w my old wallet but as my bf says "they are the wallet of the future when we hardly carry any money". I just thought maybe for travelling (in my scarf zip pocket. I'll be like a ninja) lol. I always find something funky and sexy for TIFF events and just found out that the owner has been supporting local designers & North American made goods almost exclusively for years! Also, the companies they buy from ALL have amazing stories and the staff are super helpful in putting the finishing touches on outfits and letting you know what works and what doesn't. I'm a size 10-12 and the owner has ordered me items that weren't on stock in my size. Apparently they do this often. It's a small store so I guess they don't hold a lot but they should open the basement then. So they said they can order up to 22/24 in some lines. I have family that needs this :( shopping sucks for them but they made them feel ok & while they had to wait for the two items. They found great hats & gloves that work with touch screens so they were happy thank goodness lol. I've even brought in my own items that I need updating and they are always full of ideas to extend my wardrobe. The owner & her daughter do personal shopping appointment and a friend told me you can book after hours VIP nights there with swag bags and snacks/wine! How cool is that. Real "old school" style. The kind of customer service I miss through online shopping. Oh and the panty hose I bought last year are still wearing well (mind you they only do weddings but that's like 6washes and they look brand new) I wish I had bought the tights with the Marilyn Monroe print or big feathers printed on them. Have to get back in there. As you can see...it's clearly my favorite store. I've never written a review this long. Funny. It was my moms favorite store too. Now there I am.... Smh. It's too cool to pigeon hole like the other review said so I proudly shop at my moms fave store. Once a neighbours house burnt down & Posh sold her a whole new wardrobe at cost...who does that?! So after that my mom always went in at least once a year....The jewellery & purses alone are awesome...and all Toronto & Canada made :) Ok. Now I want to go shopping!! Lol
