  • Customer Service DOES exist in Las Vegas!! Went to have my broken iPhone 5 repaired. I tried changing the battery myself and it didn't turn on after replacing the new battery. MANNY the store manager took control of the situation really fast! This guy knows his phones and the business. My wife took her phone there awhile back and we found that Fones gone Wild offers the best prices compared to its competitors! Manny looked at my phone and after placing it on the charger it was working and he gave me true honest advice about replacing the cracked screen as well. He didn't try to rip me off or take advantage of me. In fact he was happy to take time to educate me and my iPhone 5 was fixed free of charge. He just tightened some things up and re-aligned everything after my failed attempt to replace the battery. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IN THE BUIS! Cheers Manny!! -not only for taking care of me but for being real!! A+!! THANKS!!
