Casual, laid-back, perfection of a bar. Huge, fresh oysters on the half shell, bubbly or beer or spirits, patio dining all year with great music, dogs and kids ok. This place has character and yummy beer, and shell fish to boot. Not a fancy restaurant, but more an authentic neighborhood hippy rest-stop. The good kind of hippy. With optional champagne. Music ventured from depeche mode to instrumentals by the cure to island songs. This place is everything good. Skip the clam strips (chewy), and escargot (cream sauce); go for the oysters (fresh huge) and zucchini (lightly battered and awesome). And the cheap, fresh beer and atmosphere. This is a happy place.
