| - I was in a rush, needed gas and a car wash. It was packed ... so no big deal, it had to be done. Pulled up and some rude woman in the smog check area yelled at me to move (mind you I was there for 30 seconds waiting for another car to move to I could move) so that was really annoying.. not a fan of rude people, for no reason. I finally pull up and a woman who seemed to have drank a lot of coffee & redbull, comes running up with her clipboard. She started spouting all this stuff out at me all at once and I just wanted gas at this point. No I don't want you to pump my gas, she asked 4 times. Plus I had no cash to tip. She literally won't leave me alone. She asks if I wanted a car wash and I said yes. She said I could pay for it right there, sure okay, then she runs off for 5 minutes with my card while I'm standing there with my car parked at a gas pump blocking others from getting gas. What a waste of F***ING time. Literally was no reason why she should have been there slowing things down. She kept insisting on helping me and I kept declining. She said "I'll drive your car over for you" NO!!!! Really, I'm good, thank you!! Really annoying Fabulous Freddy, not so fabulous right now. I get she was trying to deliver customer service, but this was beyond that. I said NO THANK YOU about 12 times, but she wouldn't get the hint. The place was packed, to help someone else. I'm assuming she wanted tips. But again I had NO cash on me anyway.
So finally my car is in line to be "cleaned and washes". I wait and wait. It's cool, 20/25 minutes... okay. But then they finally call my name as the car is ready. Some young blonde kid who looks like he's still in high school. At this point I had taken cash out of the atm to Tip. I hand him $5 and said thank you and about to get in car and notice the worst!!!! $36 dollar car wash and they took the garbage (a Kleenex, wrapper, crumbled paper) from the floorboard and put it in he consoles cup holder. There's crumbs all over the seats, the entire dash is still filthy and dusty, the doors weren't even touched, except by their dirty sneakers of the 2 guys "cleaning" the inside; which left smears of dirt/dust on them, and the floor boards weren't vacuumed, and there was still marks and smears all over the outside, the l license plate was filthy and the car literally looked worse than when I brought it in. Minus the dust that was all over the windshields. I turn to a girl and said... "did I only pay for exterior only? Or was interior included as well?" She looked inside and asked who had helped me. Pointed to Blonde kid. I'm already just stunned at this point. So I go back and sit down while they try to clean it again ... and come back and it's still not up to par. This car is brand new. How hard is it to make a new car look nice??? Obviously it's hard.
For the amount of money, don't go here. Save it. You could do it yourself in 45 minute at home in your driveway. I ended up going home and detailing the inside and vacuuming. Took me about 15 minutes. And then cleaned the areas of the shell that were filthy. About another 10/15 minutes. And windex'd a few spots on the glass and mirrors. 5 minutes.
I will never go back here again. Management needs to look at these reviews and get their shit together. It's not that hard to instill good to excellent work ethics, proper training, and hire people willing to work. Maybe get that lady who was hopped up on caffeine to do car interiors. She could put that energy to good use. Get the lazier ones to pump gas. Lol. Really just baffles me.
Also, to those reading this... before you TIP look at your car first, then decide what the tip is worth. I would've maybe given that twerp $2 bucks. Probably nothing honestly. I'm willing to tip $10 bucks if they do an amazing job. They're seriously missing out on a lot of money.
AND NO I DONT WANT A FREE CAR WASH. You've lost a customer for life.
