  • This is a nightmare service. Rented a car in Maui and it broke down our last evening there. Missed out on dinner, a photo shoot, and got to hassle with them for 4 and 1/2 hours until they got me another car. Then flew to Oahu and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to finally get me a car. Others in line behind us got their cars before us. When they finally gave us our car after we complained, the air conditioning did not work. They did refund us $50 for each of the incidents, but that hardly compensates for the lost time and aggravation. Stay away from this company!
