  • If I could rate Massage Green negative stars I would, this place is absolutely AWFUL! My boyfriend and I have been trying out different massage establishments around the valley by doing a couples massage once a month. Massage Green was by far the worst experience either of us have ever had. When we arrived the front office staff was cold and short with us and the lobby was uninviting and extremely hot. Our massage therapist came to retrieve us 8 minuets after our appointment time. Neither M.T. took the time to go over our information sheets (my boyfriend had open heart surgery less than one year ago...important to know, right?!). My M.T. seemed extremely uneducated i.e. sat on the freakin' massage table and my arm so get to my back, leaning against me pulling my hair. She was very uncoordinated and rough using her elbows dug into me more than anything & she could tell it was painful and just kept telling me to take deep breaths. The hot towel during the massage was new for us both but when my M.T. took it out of the warmer and fanned it to cool it down just flung water all over me. In my bf's words "I was just counting down the minutes until it was over." Actual hands on time was no more than 40 minutes at best! When the massage was finally over we quickly got dressed and headed to reception to pay. No one asked how our experience was and they didn't seem remotely interested in a future with us. While we had an awful experience we still ended up tipping both M.T.'s 40%. We both feel absolutely awful today and are sore and not in good sore that you usually have after a massage. This place gets one star because the couples room was large and aesthetically pleasing.
