  • This is a company that renamed themselves from a previous maid service that did not perform well. Sadly this new version still provides the same substandard service. They leave black dirt inside toilet rims, they put clean duvet covers over dirty ones rather than taking the dirty ones off first; they do not move shampoo bottles to clean the ledge of the bathtub and let mould grow; nor do they move garbage cans to clean behind them. They send invoices for days when no services were provided and then attribute it to a computer glitch - but do it again the next week. They also charge more than any other service I have ever had and I had thought I would get a great clean for the cost and was so disillusioned! I have moved on to a much better service.
