  • I cannot recommend this cleaner. My first experience with them will be my last. They lost one of my shirts then tried to say that I never brought it in because they had an extra tag. But the girl that took my shirts counted them right in front of me when I dropped them off and they were all there and they charged me for all of them. I talked to the owner and he told me that he would pay for a new shirt if it didn't turn up, said he would call me when he found it. Well four weeks later and I still have no resolution. I've checked back every week since they lost my shirt and the owner is never there "but will be tomorrow". How convenient that he is never there when I show up and that he is the only one that can "help" me. Needless to say, I am taking my clothes to a different cleaner and will never return to this one.
