So a few years back I had two horrible experiences with Fletcher's, they also turned me down twice because one they were too busy & two because they had 15 minutes before close. The district manager stopped by the bank I was working at and I told him what had happened, he apologized & gave me a stack of free oil changes with his name on them. Didn't have to pay for an oil change for about two years, (I bought tires & had a few other repair done here & there) & the staff was always very friendly and attentive once they saw the district manager's name on my card.
It had been a while since I had last been in but even without the oil change coupons, I had no issue staying with Fletcher's as I had been coming here for years. I call to make an appointment & the man who answered was extremely rude & said they were too busy to take my car. Of course. So I went to Firestone on Union Hills and 7th street and they took my car no problem even though they were swamped. I didn't need it until the end of the day anyways.. Fletcher's never fails to disappoint, unless you know the DM.
