Went for restaurant week. I had to talk my BF into going. He had reservations about the food but I thought the menu sounded great. I have egg on my face because the food was disappointing. I got the steak option and it was very thin. The sauce had a good taste but the steak was dry due to its size. My BF got the mahi mahi , it was overcooked and dry. Our chocolate dessert just tasted burnt. The beer was so-so.
The bright spot was our server. He had a great personality and was very attentive.
It seems to me that restaurant week is a time to showcase and win people over - not to serve paper thin, overcooked steak smothered in a tasty sauce.
