  • Frank, the owner, is a great guy and you can depend on him for a professional haircut. I've been going to his shop for over a year and have never had any issues. He is located in the Huntington building basement (on the corner of East 9th and Euclid), which is hard to find. To get there, walk in off Euclid and go down the escalators past the security desk and elevators, then make a left. Franks's quality standards are very high and he will often scrutinize his own work once the cut is complete and touch up a few spots where he sees an inperfection (which my untrained eye usually cannot detect). He has been happy to accomidate me in a pinch and is always very friendly, talkative and polite. Men's haircuts are priced at $22. If you need a haircut on Saturday, you can find Frank at his other location in the 200 Public Square Building until noon.
