For their price point, the quality of the food and service do not deserve more than two and a half stars. The sushi is OK, but there isn't the "wow" factor that one would expect for a high-end restaurant. My companion and I were sitting at the sushi bar. It appears that the sushi chefs at the bar split their duties and were only making specific types of sushis (the chef in front of us kept making rolls with tempura in the core). Part of the experience at a high-end sushi bar should be the chef serving the customers at the bar by pacing their progress and putting sushis on their plates at appropriate time.
If the restaurant were 30% cheaper, I would give another star.
