  • I spent 40 minutes looking and testing tool cabinets, when I finally decided on one I was told "sorry, we don't have that available". - sure you do, it's right here... "We can't sell displays" - I want to spend $800 on a product that's right in front of me and you're telling me you're not allowed to sell it?! "Sorry" Seriously, if you can't sell something, don't display it for sale! At least put a "not currently available" sign on it or something. What a waist of my time. I was still able to buy it at least, from their parking lot on Amazon.
