  • We received pre-approved Conn's credit in the mail. The store manager told us we couldn't buy a dining set because the 0% finance terms only applies to a single item. Since the dining set is 1 table and 4 chairs, he claimed it's not a single item. He was very adamant this was their policy. I called multiple Conn's stores to verify if this was correct and they all said "no". They all agreed that the dining set is considered a single item and we should've been extended the 0% finance terms for the whole set.
