  • This place is awesome. I came in on opening day because I read on their site that they have gluten-free options. So when you tell them you have a gluten allergy, they go an scrub down. They then pull out a special tray and paper to make sure they don't contaminate it. It was really awesome that they were this careful. The gluten-free crust is rice based. You walk down the line like at Subway or Chipotle and tell them what you want on the pizza. A little bigger than most personal size pizzas. Then at the end they put it in a huge oven and cook it. The food was delicious. I will definitely be going back regularly.
